Can a top be attached to an under-counter dishwasher? - under the counter tvs
After buying and installing new cabinets and counter, my wife decided she wanted a dishwasher, then go to a party by type of counter, after they informed the vendor that we could do to it is a beginning (preferably a butcher-block style) and place it next to our new meter. Do you know if this is true or not? I will not be able to confirm all information online, too.

Yes you can. Normally, the butcher's block is attached. You can still somehow the dishwasher basket to a wall or cabinet. If your dishwasher does not fall forward during loading and unloading of the dishes. If you can, you should see if he can go back and find a portable dishwasher.
Most have no built-in DW (brackets, etc.) that will allow a high degree, which joined them.
