Red eared slider turtle help? - caring for half dollar fish

My sister bought me a baby turtle red Chinatown in New York while I was on vacation after I said I wanted a pet turtle. (I know it's illegal, but it is the one who bought the turtle and I can afford to take care of him, I am very responsible and work in a center of science and meet certain species of turtles) I and my back today turtle is only the size of half dollars. He is currently in a container too small, maybe 5 gallons? And my sister was feeding sticks floating reptomin times a day. He wanted to know whether this is eating too much or not? Currently, a small town is to enjoy and only a few inches of water. Tomorrow, I plan to save a pet, such as Petco and PetSmart for everything you buy. I know he needs a larger tank and UVB light, heater and filter. I also wanted to know how many watts you should be UVB light, and how can I burn my turtle even the heating? Also what temperature should be a place of pilgrimage and what temperature the water heater should I? AlYes, what should I reptomin feed pellets and other and how often? Is he too young to eat and they eat feeder fish or crickets, and other products like it? Finally, it is ok to go and how much manipulation is too much? "I took a couple of times since I was in my house and my mother told me when I noticed with what emphasis on him and he will die. "Is that it? I know there were many questions, but many thanks to all the answers, I would have treated only the best care my boy!
